Where do you ship to?
Most of our products, except HI, AK, or internationally, can be shipped anywhere in the US, including PO Boxes. We are working on adding these to the shipping list soon.

How do you ship and how much does it cost?
Depending on the product type, we ship via USPS or UPS Ground. We charge a flat shipping rate based on weight calculated by the site at checkout.

How long will it take for me to receive my online order?
Our small business makes all its herbal products by hand and in small batches to ensure quality and potency. As a result, your order may take 5 to 7 business days to be fulfilled and up to 14 business days to arrive. We thank you for your patience as we work to get your herbal products to you as soon as possible!

How can I track my shipment?
After you place an order, you will immediately receive a copy of your receipt. Once your order ships, your shipment confirmation email will provide the ship date, delivery method, and other tracking details.
Please note: Once your order ships, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages from the carrier. If you have any questions about your package's location or status, please get in touch with the carrier directly for assistance.

Can I ship my order using multiple shipping methods?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. Placing separate orders to ship items using multiple shipping methods would be best.

What forms of payment does Bare Culture accept?
We accept credit card payments of Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discovery.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our items (bottled teas, loose leaf, yoni eggs, jewelry, etc.), we do not accept returns for safety reasons.
All sales are final.
We always suggest trying a smaller amount of tea before purchasing it in larger quantities.

Can I change my order once placed?
We do our best to fulfill orders as soon as they are received. Therefore, you may not change your order after it’s placed.

Do you collect sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax in those states where we maintain a business presence.

How do I change the address on an order?
Please email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will change it quickly.
Once an order ships, we cannot reroute it. If the package is marked undeliverable, it will come back to our office in RVA, and we will contact you immediately to get your order.

My favorites are out of stock, when should I expect it back in stock?
We are working hard to keep everything in stock at all times. However, sometimes, unexpected circumstances can put items temporarily out of stock.

Broken & Mistaken Items
Oh no! We hate to see this happen and apologize for the inconvenience.
If you experience a broken product, please email us a picture and your order confirmation number to bareculturebaecustomerservice@gmail.com for your replacement item.
